What this site collects.
A plain description of the data this website handles, and what it does not.
Needs legal review before launch. This page accurately describes what the website does technically. It is not a complete privacy notice: it deliberately states no data-controller identity, lawful basis, retention period or ICO registration, because those are business facts rather than code facts. Tilos’s own adviser should complete it.
Cookies
This website currently sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner. If analytics is enabled in future, a banner will ask for your consent first and nothing will be set until you give it.
The enquiry form
When you complete the enquiry form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, postcode, property type, current heating, rough timescale, what you are interested in, and any notes you add.
That information is sent to us by email so we can respond to your enquiry. It is not added to a marketing list, and it is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
The form is protected by a rate limit and a hidden anti-spam field. Neither collects anything about you.
What we do not do
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No third-party marketing pixels or social trackers.
- No profiling and no automated decision-making.
- No sale or sharing of your details for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@tilosenergy.co.uk and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
